Irrigation shutoff valve - West Court has three, one in front of 400 MLC, one right of the pool gate, and one on Asbury, between the parking stall and 1010. DRYER VENTS & CHIMNEY FLUES - You are responsible for keeping you dryer vent clear of lint and your chimney flue clean. Click step 1, step 2, step 3, step 4, to see some interesting videos showing a dryer vent being cleaned at another complex by a company named The Vent Cleaner.
GUTTERS - West Court's gutters are cleaned annually toward the end of the year. If your gutter gets clogged and overflows during the rainy season, report it using the CONTACT US button (best way if it's a weekend or after hours) or call Affirmative Management. Whether you report it via the website or you call it in, please be specific about the location, e.g., “The second story gutter on the back of my unit and above the sliding glass door on my balcony is overflowing.” Affirmative will dispatch the gutter cleaners to take care of the problem within a day or two.
If it's fall, a note about when the gutters will be cleaned will be posted on the home page.
